For nearly 30 years, Eric has held senior management roles in the financial services industry. During this time he also founded his own company, raised money in the venture capital arena, participated in two start-ups and worked for decades at Fidelity Investments. In various senior management roles, he has interviewed over a thousand candidates and hired hundreds. The concept of Interview IQ was conceived while recognizing that many candidates he encountered were unprepared for the interview process.
In addition to career coaching, Eric is an avid outdoorsman, competitive ski and paddleboard racer, and passionate about playing the drums. He is the proud father of a Berklee College of Music sophomore and lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
The IQ team is comprised of deeply committed and seasoned coaches
dedicated to helping others chart their optimal career paths.
