Eric Cole

For nearly 30 years, Eric has held senior management roles in the financial services industry. During this time he also founded his own company, raised money in the venture capital arena, participated in two start-ups and worked for decades at Fidelity Investments. In various senior management roles, he has interviewed over a thousand candidates and hired hundreds. The concept of Interview IQ was conceived while recognizing that many candidates he encountered were unprepared for the interview process.
In addition to career coaching, Eric is an avid outdoorsman, competitive ski and paddleboard racer, and passionate about playing the drums. He is the proud father of a Berklee College of Music sophomore and lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Tom Mitri
Tom brings over 30 years coaching and developing financial advisors at Fidelity Investments. He is a former High School English Teacher for the learning disabled and has coached several boys and girls soccer, softball, and basketball teams. He is a proud father of three and an avid sailor.

Jeffery Cole
With his broad perspective on the depths of the human experience, Jeffrey offers compassion, understanding and unique insights into motivation and behavior. His integrative approach is strength-based and solution-focused coming from a contemplative foundation with an emphasis on mindfulness and the power of intention. He is equally skilled at developing individual’s voice, power and confidence as he is working from a systemic perspective addressing elements of organizational effectiveness.

For the last 15 years, Jeffrey has worked with amateur and professional athletes. For nearly ten years he served as a Soigneur (Massage Therapist), for such events as the UCI Pro Tour, World Cup and World Championship Competition, Tour de France VTT, Tour of California and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Competitive athletic participation has always been a part of his life. He currently enjoys running, cycling and skiing events. Jeffery is a two-time US National Alpine Snowboard Champion in age-group competition.

Lori Kret
Lori Kret is a Board Certified Coach with expertise in providing integrative coaching for self actualization and sustained enhancement in life and work. She harnesses insight, intuition, and curiosity to ask the right questions for eliciting new perspectives and creative solutions. Lori has served as coach, clinician, confidant, and change catalyst for clients from a wide array of industries and levels of leadership. Her clientele has included students of the internationally renowned Aspen Music School, the president of an international architecture firm and high profile and celebrity status individuals requiring the utmost regard for confidentiality.

Through her years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, Lori has developed profound insight into the human psyche and fundamental components for growth and change. She brings the necessary knowledge and skill to create vision, empower, motivate and equip each client to reach and maintain their highest potential. Her calm confidence, warmth and compassion evokes client relationships rooted in openness and trust.

Lori resides in Aspen, Colorado, and is an avid snowboarder and outdoor adventurer. She loves to read and travel, and has embraced a commitment to live “with both feet in”. She believes each life has purpose, and hers is to help others actualize theirs.
